1.Introduction to the Rules
Our game rules and operating policies (hereinafter the "participating rules") govern the use of any information taken or used from our website, including your registration and participation in any Bingoville game (hereinafter the "game").
Please make certain that you read the participating rules carefully. Each time you use funds from your player account to play a game or you enter our website, you are confirming your full understanding and acceptance of the participating rules. In the event that you have any questions about the participating rules, please contact us for clarification by contacting the help desk.
2.Fairness Statement
We want to ensure that when a player purchases a game card they have every chance of winning and that the outcome of the game is NOT affected by the:
- The speed of one players internet connection over the other player
- The momentary instability of the internet
- Physical location on the globe
Our developers have continued to evolve our award winning Game software into what we believe to be the fairest and most reliable form of Bingo on the Internet. Furthermore, Bingoville does not permit the use of robotic or artificial players and Employees are prohibited from participating in the games.

3. Definitions and Terminology Used in Our Game
- "Game" means and includes the following terms: Bingo; Slots; Video Poker; Pull Tabs and Black Jack.
- "Promotion" means and includes the following terms: Bonus; deposit; signup and tournaments.
- All funds are in U.S. Dollars.
- "Player" is a person who registers to play Bingoville by filling out our registration form with the required information and has acknowledged the rules and regulations.
- A "Purchase" occurs after a player enters the Bingoville website and purchases Game card(s) from funds that have been deposited in a players account by the player. When a player elects to deposit funds into their player account by one of our e-commerce systems, Bingoville and its credit card agents must validate the purchase. In the event that the purchase is subject to a charge-back or is otherwise incomplete the purchase becomes void.
- A Game Purchase is considered valid if the player's deposit of cash funds transaction is complete. Refunds cannot be made once a Game card is purchased.
- All purchases are made in United States currency.
- A Bingo Card represents a set of a randomly collection numbers between 1 and 75 (inclusive) organized in 5 column, 5 row configurations. Until a card is in play, players have the option to change the collection of numbers by selecting a new card. Once a player accepts and purchases a card for any game, the card becomes valid and in play.
- A player is not allowed to purchase more than the set maximum for that Game, by any means, for a single game in play. A player that manages to purchase more than the maximum cards for a particular game, will be disqualified from that game. Any winnings or losses from that game are not claimable. By announcement only, special promotional games may allow more or less Game cards to be purchased.
- A Game Variation is a specified pattern that must be matched on a player's card in order to win a game and receive a prize.
- A Call is a broadcast message from our game server, received by your computer containing a randomly generated number between 1 and 75.
- A Bingo Call is a broadcast message from a player's computer, received by the Bingoville game server identifying that player as a holder of a game variation. In Play will be the term used to describe any game that has been initialized by our game server and is receiving calls and communicating with the game server.
- A Prize is a cash allotment that is payable to a player (or players if there is more than one winner) who identifies to Bingoville, through a Bingo call, a match to the game variation of a player card. Prizes are automatically deposited into a players account.
- The Parties: Bingoville and the Player. A User ID is username that is assigned to the player by Bingoville at the time of registration, such used by the parties to uniquely identify a player.
- A Player Account is the account in which the players use to deposit funds, use to buy into games, deposit winnings into and request payouts from. Once a card is in play, the game credit cannot be returned to the player.
4. Participation Rules
To participate in a game a player must be 18 years of age or older, must read and consent to all of the participating rules and must have authorization to use a valid payment method acceptable to Bingoville.
Only one player account is valid per player. A maximum of two player accounts are valid per household. Additional accounts may be disabled and any payouts requested from duplicate accounts will be considered null and void if a player is found to have multiple unauthorized accounts.
Participation will require that players register with Bingoville by correctly completing the registration details and offering a full name, address, city, zip code or postal code, state or province, country, e-mail address and telephone number. For any subsequent participation, a player must login with their User ID (provided by Bingoville) and the player password. Games will be offered at approximately 2 (two) minutes after completion of a previous game. Bingoville has exclusive authority to modify the game schedule without prior notice. Any player who wins a prize will be transmitted a reference number that will identify a specific win. The player is responsible for the preserving of any reference numbers provided. In the event that there is a discrepancy between the game variation as it is recorded in the Bingoville database, and that recorded by the player; the calls recorded in the Bingoville game server shall be considered valid.
A purchase will be void if for any reason Bingoville does not receive payment or if there is an applicable charge-back at a later date. Bingoville reserves the right to limit any player's participation in a game, particularly in the event that a purchase is rendered void.
Prizes will be deposited into the players account. The balance of a winners' account will be mailed upon a request by the player, to the mailing address provided at registration. The minimum payout request is $50. Players can request a payout from their winnings only. Bingoville reserves the right to withhold any such payments until all financial transactions have been settled and cleared. Players can request a payout if they wish to close their players account. Any unpaid or outstanding charges will be subtracted from their account balance in the event of charge backs.
Players CANNOT request a payout from deposits made to their account unless they wish to cash out and close their player account. Requesting payouts from their account balance derived from deposits and not wins will be deemed a cash advance from Bingoville and a misuse of our online purchasing system. In such cases, Bingoville may levy a surcharge to offset transaction and administrative costs. In ALL cases, Bingoville reserves the right to withhold any such payments until all financial transactions have been settled and cleared. Bonus dollars earned through promotions ("Promotions" includes all the following terms: bonus, deposit, signup and tournaments) can not be redeemed.
To
participate in and win bingo bucks in chat games, you must
be an active depositing player with an account in good standing.
To be eligible you must be buying cards during the time of
the chat games and have deposited within the last 7 days.
By registering, a player agrees to opt-in to receive Bingo Room
newsletters and offers from Bingo Room advertising partners.
Players may opt-out from these mailings at any time through their
Profile page or by emailing support. When a player opts-out,
Bingo Room will ensure that that email address is no longer mailed
to within an appropriate time limit.
Employees of Bingoville and their family members are prohibited from participating in Games or Special Contests and from redeeming any winnings incurred.
5.Cost of Playing Bingoville
Game cards can range in price from $0.25 US to $1.00 US. Slots up to $50.00,
Video Poker, Pull Tabs and Black Jack up to $250.00. This range may vary
for special promotions.
6.Claiming Prizes
Prizes shall be automatically deposited to your player account cash balance. Players can purchase games from their winnings or request a payout be sent through an available payout method. Players who wish to claim their prize money must request a "payout". This can be done by the bank tool bar and selecting the withdraw option. Bingoville reserves the right to verify all payouts; please not verification may result in a processing delay.
NOTE:
Winnings are prizes are only valid after an initial deposit
has been made, all winnings earned before the initial deposit
are not redeemable, and may not be played to acheive new winnings.
We only approve Redemption requests in the amount of $50 or
more. You must wager greater than the sum of your deposit
and your deposit bonus before redeeming, on a per deposit basis.
Bonus
Bucks are player rewards and are valid only until a redemption
is made. Bonus
Bucks may not be used after a redemption in order to earn
a new redemption.
For
your own protection we no longer allow redemptions to be sent
to alternate accounts. This means that the account that we
send your winnings to must be in the same name as your registered
name at Bingoville.
7. Payout/Payout Method
All authorized debit/payment methods are listed on listed on the Bingoville deposit page. For security reasons, any accounts winnings will be made to the depositing account under the name originally used to registered at Bingoville; Bingoville does not permit redemptions to be sent to alternate accounts.
Winnings and prizes are only valid after
an initial deposit has been made. Bingoville allows
only one Redemption Request to be pending at a time.
Players are subject to the following wagering requirements on their deposits before making a cashout. Players with a payout percentage greater than 100% of their deposits must wager their deposit bonus based on these requirements as well.

Processing
This website is wholly owned and operated by Savinet Enterprises Ltd., 2-4 Arch. Makarios 111 Ave, 9th Floor, Capital Centre, 1505 Nicosia, Cyprus and the charge will appear on your statement as BINGOVILLE, NICOSIA.
Please
note that in some cases the charge will not appear on the date
you deposited, particularly in the case of an evening or weekend.
It
is the responsibility of the cardholder to observe the national
laws of the cardholder's country regarding possible lottery
or gaming prohibitions. In the case of doubt, the cardholder
must take action to assure him/herself of the laws in their
country.
9.
Cashing Out
Please note that we require the following upon your first redemption request:
- Photo ID (drivers license or passport)
- Utility Bill (Phone or Hydro bill for example) which matches the information on your player account (name, address etc).

- All Bingoville Network members are required to complete the verification process in order to begin receiving cashouts. If you have not completed this process please send a clear and legible fax or scanned copy of the following:
1. Photo Id (drivers license or passport are accepted documents) ) which matches the information on your Bingoville Network account (name, address etc).
2. Utility Bill (Phone or Hydro bill) which matches the information on your Bingoville Network account (name, address etc).
Email option: Please forward a scanned copy of your documents with to: accounts@bingoville.com. NOTE: Please ensure that your Bingoville Network username and the word VERIFICATION appear clearly in the subject line or your email.

Fax option: Please include your Bingoville Network username or Account id on the copy as well as your first and last name and fax a clear and legible copy to 1-800-299-3464.
Please note that all photos must be clear and all writing legible. Please be reminded that cashout requests which have not been processed due to missing information and/or verification will be canceled 7 days after the cashout was requested. Funds returned to your account may be subject to further wagering rules at that time, bonus and comp may be voided. The Bingoville Network reserves the right to refuse cashouts to any person(s) who do not complete this process.
- Bonus money can not be redeemed.
- You must make an initial deposit before you may redeem winnings.
- You must wager greater than the total of your deposit plus your deposit bonus before you may redeem.
- The minimum redemption amount is $50.00.
- No more than one cashout within a 48 hour is permitted.
- Cashouts are processed every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Cashouts are subject to a minimum of a 1-2 business day verification period before being released. In the case that accounting is closed on a cashout day, cashouts will be processed the following scheduled cashout day. During this time a transaction may be cancelled or modified.
- We are unable to expedite payouts even by request. If the waiting period
has passed and you haven't heard from us drop us a line at:

- Your profile must be completed before you request a payout, this includes your full name and mailing address. Cashouts made without this information will be canceled until those fields are completed.
- Refunds If you would like to request a refund on a deposit, please open a trouble ticket or contact support@bingoville.com.
i) Refunds forfeit all comp/bonus earned. Please note this request can take up to six months to process.
ii) Players may REQUEST a refund if they wish to permanently close their account and have not wagered any of their deposit. Please note this will bar opening future accounts within this network
iii) Please note that refunds from deposits made from credit cards are not possible.
iv) Any unpaid or outstanding charges will be subtracted from their account balance in the event of charge backs.
v) Refunds forfeit all comp/bonus earned.
vi) Please be reminded that Bingoville Network reserves the right to decline any refund request in accordance with sign up prizing or indication of an intent to defraud.
Please note this request can take up to six months to process.
- Please note that if your Cashout request is declined or canceled we reserve the right to void bonus/comp available in your account at the time of your Cashout.
- Cashouts to Credit Card are no longer possible. All Cashouts will be processed using the method selected from the drop down menu on the CASHOUT request page.
- In order to receive payouts through InstaDebit, you must have made an InstaDebit deposit with us. It is not possible to send payouts otherwise.
- Bonus ATM money is not permitted for use in Casino games on Bingoville. Bonus ATM money can be used in BINGO only. Any cashout request generated through the use of bonus ATM in ALL casino games will not be approved for cashout.
No more than one cashout per deposit is permitted. Bonus ATM, Bingo bucks and/or Bonus dollars of any kind may not be used to generate a cashout. Players must be actively depositing in order to have a cashout approved. The Bingoroom Network reserves the right to decline cashout requests generated in this way; cashouts of this nature will be canceled and the funds deemed null and void.
The Bingoville Network reserves the right to void any Cashout and withhold payment to you of any contested funds at our discretion.
10. Refund Policy
- If a deposit has been made in error.
In the case of a technical error as a result of the Bingoville Network, all funds and charges will be refunded to the player to the best of our ability. Please note that in these cases Credit Card purchases may not always be refunded directly and an alternate refund method must be agreed upon.
- If a player is unable to play..
Players who have spent any part of their deposit may not request a refund. Players who are not able to play at any time due to a technical issue may REQUEST a refund by opening a trouble ticket or emailing support@bingoville.com. Please note that refunding deposits with certain processors is not possible. Refunds forfeit all comp/bonus earned and the account will be permanently closed. Future accounts within this network will not be permitted. Players CANNOT request a refund from deposits or bonuses made to their account unless they wish to cash out and close their player account. In this case, all funds excluding "comp" will be refunded if the above criteria is met. Please note this request will take a minimum of six months to process.
Any unpaid or outstanding charges will be subtracted from your account balance in the event of charge backs.

SPECIFICS
It is the responsibility of player to ensure that they understand
and comply fully in respect of any state, national and international
laws, regulations, directives etc. applicable to the player.
Bingoville cannot be held responsible for any third party
claims of any kind against players. Player's agree that they
are 18 years of age and have authorization and authority
to use the credit card or accounts offered to Bingoville
for a purchase. The liability of Bingoville with respect
to any claim made by a player shall be limited to the prize.
Under no circumstances will Bingoville be liable to any costs
or expenses incurred by a player in making a claim. Bingoville will not
be held liable to any costs or expenses incurred by a player for any
overdrafts relating to deposits to player accounts made through
our e-commerce systems. It is the player's responsibility
to ensure that sufficient funds are available to them before
they make a deposit to their player accounts via our e-commerce
systems. Bingoville will not be held liable for any costs or expenses
incurred by a Player for any overdrafts resulting from multiple
deposits to a player's account made through the improper
use of our e-commerce systems. Reloading a cash deposit transaction
page constitutes misuse of our e-commerce system and as such,
Bingoville will not be held responsible or liable for any
overdraft charges or costs that they may incur as a result misuse of
our e-commerce systems. Bingoville shall have the right to
suspend or withdraw any participation at its absolute discretion.
Bingoville reserves the right to terminate any member account
at any time at our absolute and sole discretion. Any remaining
cash balance shall be returned to the member by our best
effort within 48 hours. Personal details of all players will
remain confidential unless players agree to their details
being used for future publicity purposes.
Bingoville will not be liable for any loss of whatsoever in nature arising
from the cancellation of any round, including the loss, for whatever
reason, of the chance to participate in the game. In particular,
but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing,
Bingoville will not be liable to any person: For the failure
of, or damage or destruction of the Bingoville central computer
system or records, or any part thereof, for delays, losses,
errors or omissions resulting from failure of any telecommunications
or other data transmission system, for any delay resulting
in non-receipt of any participation for a particular round.
Bingoville will not be liable for any loss as a result of
an act of God, an outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance,
acts of terrorism, the act of any Government or authority
(including refusal or revocation of any license or consent),
fire, explosion, flood, hurricane, theft, malicious damage,
strike, lock-out, or industrial action of any kind. The parties
shall not commit nor purport to commit the other to honor any obligation
other than is specifically provided for by these participation rules.
The player accepts liability for any damages that may be
caused by the misuse of his/her membership number and access-code
details on Internet. These participation rules constitute
the entire agreement and understanding between the parties.
12.Disputes
Bingoville wants to assure all of its players (and prospective players) that it has made every effort possible to provide you with the world's most entertaining, reliable, and more importantly, honest Bingo game on the Internet. It is our sincere intent to ensure that all of our players are satisfied with the quality and fairness of our games. Every effort possible has been made by Bingoville to promptly and impartially resolve all disputes that may arise from the use of our game.
Bingoville reserves the right to decline winnings awarded by game malfunction or technical error. In the event of a game malfunction; all winnings will be voided and the players' balance will be restored to the exact state and balance as it was before the game malfunction.
Customer satisfaction is our primary goal in providing you our Bingo game. As the operators of Bingoville, we are determined to provide you our highest level of customer service possible. Our resolve is to consistently provide you with a fair and impartial dispute mechanism in the event that a dispute occurs. The success of our business is dependent on providing you with exceptional customer satisfaction policies. Bingoville reserves the right to amend these Rules from time to time without prior notice.
13. Promotions
Periodically we have promotions that award bonus money. Following are the rules for such promotions. These rules apply to all promotions and complimentary bonus money unless otherwise specified in the associated promotion.
- Bonus or Deposit money cannot be withdrawn.
- ADVERTISED DEPOSIT BONUSES ARE CONDITIONAL AND REMAIN SO UNTIL SUCH TIME AS THESE QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS ARE MET.
- Non- depositors cannot receive a redemption on winnings prior to that deposit
- All bonus dollars will be removed upon withdrawl.
- Bonus Dollars are not equal to real dollars, they are valid only once the original deposit has been wagered.
- BEFORE BONUS DOLLARS APPEAR IN THE ACCOUNT, 95% OF THE PLAYERS DEPOSIT MUST BE WAGERED.
- Player must wager equal to or greater than the amount of their bonus, as a total of all Game purchases since the time of that deposit.
- An unqualified bonus must be earned and qualified before a redemption/payout can be made. IF A REDEMPTION/PAYOUT REQUEST IS MADE BEFORE THIS TIME , THE BONUS OFFER IS VOIDED.
- Please note that your free player balance including bingo
bucks and winnings prior to your first deposit will be replaced
by your VIP balance (VIP Balance = Initial Deposit + Deposit
Bonus)
Promotional
Prizing: Prize images may not necessarily be an exact representation
of said prize. Please note that Bingoville reserves the right
to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the awarded
prize in unavailable for any reason. Bingoville reserves the
right to limit prizes to residents of the U.S. and Canada.
Winners must be age 18 or older. Prizes are non-transferable.
Bingoville, in its sole discretion, further reserves the right
to disqualify any person for (i) violating any of these rules,
(ii) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the
Bingoville website, (iii) gaining an unfair advantage in participating
in the contest, (iv) obtaining winner status using fraudulent
means, or (v) engaging in otherwise unsportsmanlike, disruptive,
annoying, harassing, or threatening behavior. Unless
otherwise noted promotional prizes for bingo can only
be claimed in bingo rooms run by a Chat Moderator.
Bingo/ CM Schedule: Please note that Bingoville reserves the right to change or alter the bingo and/or CM schedule at any time without prior notice.
14. Chat Rules & Etiquette
In order to promote chat rooms that are fun, friendly and enjoyable for all players, Bingoville enforces the following considerations for our players.
Respect your Chat Monitor, they're working for you!
1. Our CMs are amazing, but they are not super human! A busy Bingo room takes a lot of concentration to manage. If you have questions for our CMs that are not answered, please be patient and ask again when your CM is ready.
2. Please note that once the hour is up you cannot write in to support to claim bingo bucks. Don’t forget our CMs are human and they do make mistakes, but once that hour is over they are not able to add nor subtract amounts. Please confirm amounts with your CM at the end of the hour to avoid any problems.
3. You can only earn Bingo Bucks in one bingo room per hour. Players found intentionally abusing this rule will have all Bingo Bucks earned from the hour voided.
4. You must be playing at least one card per game or purchase enough cards to equal the total games played within the hour to earn Bonus Bucks.
5. Have respect for your CM's authority. If a CM's ability to do their job is affected by a player, they will take that player's ability to chat away for 1 day.
6. Our CMs are not police officers; they will help out with your problems to the best of their abilities but are asked not to take sides in player arguments. We are all adults and we expect our players to resolve their differences in a mature manner.
7. Our CMs must type in capitol letters to differentiate themselves from other players. Please refrain from typing in capitols to help our CMs!
8. Bingoville does not tolerate CM impersonation. If a player is found impersonating a CM they will be immediately banned from Bingoville.
9. Your CM is in charge! The CM designs their chat schedule to play the games they think will be the most fun. Have respect for their choices.
10. If you would like to express your praise or concerns about a CM, please write to our chat manager at charlotte@bingoville.com
Respect you fellow Roomies!
1. Please be respectful when choosing your nicknames. Other roomies don't want to see nicknames which are offensive, or contain references to body parts, bodily functions, curse words, etc. You will be asked to change your nickname.
2. You were a newbie once too, and we want all new players to feel welcome at Bingo Room. If you see a new roomie, please make them feel at home.
3. It is important to remember safety while online. Always use caution when providing any personal information about yourself while in chat. When communicating in a chat room be mindful that many people will be able to view it and the inclusion of information such as your name, your address or telephone number is never recommended.
4. We all love to win at Bingo, and just like in real life, players often go on “hot” lucky streaks. Please do not make them feel bad for their good fortune!
5. Please do not harass or bother other players at Bingo Room. If you do not like another player, you can put them on “ignore” by clicking on their name in the chat window. Harassment will not be tolerated.
6. Not all roomies are here to chat. If another player is not replying to you, they may just be very shy, so give them their space.
Be appropriate! Remember we're here to play Bingo!
Please refrain from the following in chat. Improper discussion in chat may result in having your ability to chat suspended.
1. Voice all complaints to support and NOT in the chat room.
2. NO harassment, slander, abuse or otherwise mistreatment of other players.
3. Discussing material that defames, abuses, threatens, promotes, or instigates physical harm or death to others or oneself is strictly prohibited.
4. NO soliciting or advertising for other bingo sites.
5. NO “Cyber Sex” or other chat of an overly sexual nature, including the use of sexual terms or connotations.
6. NO racism, racial slurs or otherwise offensive remarks. Bingo Room players come from all races and walks of live and we embrace our differences.
7. Players are not allowed to share chat bucks, or ask for donations from other players.
8. Please do not ask CMs or other players for chat bucks.
9. All players must be of 18 years of age or older. We do not permit players to allow their younger family members to play at Bingoville.
NOTICE: Players who can not conduct themselves in a respectful manner and abide by these rules may at minimum have their ability to speak in chat taken away for 1 day. If a player has proven that they can not act appropriately in chat, they will have their ability to chat taken away permanently out of respect for our other players. Repeat offenders may have their ability to participate in chat taken away for longer, and may at the sole and complete discretion of The Bingoville Network be banned from the site.
15. Security and Privacy Policy
Personal identity and details of all members will remain confidential. Bingoville will not report wagering information on behalf of any member.
All transactions are processed in high secured 128bit encryption. Our servers are protected by state-of-the-art software technology, and all transactions are further secured by Verisign, the leader in online financial security. All verified player information; including credit card, contact and account information remains totally confidential at all times.
16. E-Mail Policy
We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law.
